SPCG advised NAOS Poland Sp. z o.o., the Polish distributor of well-known French dermocosmetic brands Bioderma, Esthederm, and Etat Pur, on the negotiation of a lease agreement for the company’s new headquarters. It will be located in The Park Kraków complex and is set to become the company’s official headquarters in 2025.
The scope of our Law Firm’s support included, among other things, adapting the agreement to the standards applicable within the NAOS Group.
