SPCG Law Firm represented the majority shareholders of FW Żary Sp. z o.o., implementing a wind farm project in the west of Poland with a target capacity of 21 MW, in the sale transaction to the German company MEAG, managing the assets of Munich RE and ERGO.
This is another transaction in recent months regarding the sale of wind energy projects with the participation of SPCG lawyers. SPCG has comprehensively advised the shareholders of FW Żary on all aspects of the transaction, including preparation of the wind farm project for sale, preparation of transaction documentation and negotiations with the buyer.
