SPCG advised the Danfoss Group, a global manufacturer of components and technological solutions for refrigeration and air conditioning, heating, water distribution and work machinery, on the Polish legal aspects of a global transaction involving the sale of the White Drive Motors and Steering business line to the Interpump Group, specializing in production of high pressure pumps. The total value of the transaction was EUR 278 million.
