Dawid specialises in European law, competition law, and the system of direct foreign investment (FDI) screening.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, studied English law at the University of London (LL.B.), EU competition law and regulated markets at the University of Amsterdam (LL.M.), and completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Before joining SPCG, he gained experience in international law firms in Poland and abroad, as well as at the European Commission (Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs) and the European Medicines Agency. He has supported clients in mergers and acquisitions, e.g. in filing merger notifications to the European Commission or to the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and in preparing legal due diligence analyses. His interests also include matters in the field of European pharmaceutical law.
Since 2024, he has been admitted as an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
