Oliwia Kopeć specializes in civil law, banking law, and commercial law.

Her professional interests also include criminal law, as well as criminology and forensic science.
She graduated in law from the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University and completed the School of Spanish Law at the Jagiellonian University.

Oliwia Kopeć has gained professional experience since the early years of her academic education, working with law firms in Krakow and Rzeszow. She has been involved in a broad range of matters, including civil, criminal, banking, family, and commercial cases.

During her studies, she was actively engaged in the Student Legal Clinic at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, where she served as Secretary and later as Coordinator of the Civil Law Section. She also completed an internship at the Kraków-Śródmieście Zachód District Public Prosecutor’s Office.

She has participated as a speaker in numerous academic conferences and nationwide mock trials, where she was twice awarded the title of best counsel.
Since January 1, 2026, she has been undergoing advocate training and is actively involved in the activities of the legal self-government.
