Tomasz specializes in commercial law and civil law. His interests also include matters related to alternative disputes resolution. He gained his previous professional experience in Warsaw law firm providing a legal services for business clients.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During his studies, he received repeated a scholarship from the Rector of the University for the best students.
