Specializes in substantive civil law and civil procedure, as well as banking law, with particular focus on disputes concerning foreign currency-linked loan agreements.

He has gained extensive experience in litigation through many years of work in the judiciary as a judge’s assistant in both civil and criminal divisions, participating in the preparation of draft court rulings, their written justifications, and the analysis of case law.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, majoring in “Law”.

Since 2023, entered on the list of advocates with the District Bar Council in Wałbrzych.
