Magdalena Kurdziel

Magdalena Kurdziel specialises in civil law and banking law. Her interests also include issues in the area of administrative and court-administrative proceedings, alternative dispute resolution methods and medical law.
She graduated in law and psychology from the Jagiellonian University. She also studied at the University of Barcelona. A third-year PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the Jagiellonian University in the field of legal sciences.
Participant of many legal scientific conferences and multiple scholarship holder of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University for the best students. Coordinator of the editors of the administrative law section in the magazine of trainee advocates "Młoda Palestra".
From January 2023, a trainee advocate at the Cracow District Bar Council.
