Oskar Niebudek specialises in criminal law, fiscal criminal law, intellectual property law (including copyright law, industrial property law, combating unfair competition and protection of personal rights), banking law and business law, including the comprehensive legal support of business entities.

His professional interests also encompass civil law and energy law. He provides legal advice and handles matters fluently in both Polish and English, including for international clients.

He graduated in law from Jagiellonian University.

He is a laureate of the National Competition for the Best Diploma Thesis organised by the University of Silesia in Katowice’s Centre for Design, Fashion and Advertising Law, as well as a winner of numerous subject-specific competitions at Jagiellonian University. He has also participated in numerous academic legal conferences.

From January 2023, a trainee advocate at the Cracow District Bar Council.
