Ziemowit Syta specialises in civil and commercial law, advising and representing clients primarily in litigation. His experience includes, amongst other things, corporate disputes, proceedings relating to acts of unfair competition, and claims for damages.

He also advises clients on planning and land-use matters, including in administrative court proceedings concerning the annulment of planning decisions.

He graduated with honours from the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration. During his studies, he represented the Jagiellonian University in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot Court competition, and also performed successfully in national competitions in the fields of civil procedure and constitutional law.

He is the author of academic and educational publications in the field of constitutional law.
