SPCG partners prof. Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski and dr. Jacek Błachut represented the Client in criminal proceedings conducted in connection with a local government investment and his actions as a public official. The case concerned allegations of acting to the detriment of the public interest in order to obtain a financial benefit, as well as violations of public procurement law. As a result of the appeal filed by the law firm, the conviction was finally overturned, which is of particular significance for persons holding public office.
