Professor Marcin Dyl, a recognised authority in the field of capital markets law and a long-standing former President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (IZFiA), will support SPCG in key business areas. His primary responsibilities will include providing substantive and strategic advice in the field of capital markets law and compliance, as well as contributing to the expansion of the firm’s client portfolio, particularly among financial sector entities.

Prof. Marcin Dyl, PhD, DSc, is one of the most recognisable figures on the Polish capital market.
- For nearly two decades, he served as President of the Management Board of IZFiA, actively participating in shaping regulations governing the investment funds market in Poland.
- He is a professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
