Wolters Kluwer Polska has published a list of the lawyers most active in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Among those honoured is Prof. Sławomir Dudzik, Managing Partner at SPCG.
This list forms part of the annual report “Polish lawyers before the CJEU” prepared by Wolters Kluwer, which summarises the activities of Polish legal representatives before the EU Court in a given year. These proceedings, decided at the level of the entire European Union, often have a significant impact on the operations of businesses in many EU countries. One of the aims of the published list is to indicate to entities whose cases may in future come before the Court which lawyer in our country is worth entrusting with cases relating to European Union law, guaranteeing their professional handling before the CJEU.
In the proceedings included in the ranking, the distinguished Prof. Dudzik represented SPCG’s clients primarily in the areas of telecommunications law, banking law and competition law. His inclusion among the distinguished lawyers confirms his experience in handling cases requiring not only in-depth knowledge of European Union law, but also litigation practice before the CJEU.
