SPCG Law Firm advised CVC Asia Fund IV on Polish regulatory aspects of the indirect sale of shares in the brokerage house Oanda TMS Brokers S.A., in which the Czech capital group FTMO acquired shares in OANDA Group. The transaction has been finalised on 1 December 2025. It combines the services of two complementary trading brands. FTMO is a leading global provider of educational and training services, offering its clients the opportunity to test and develop their trading and risk management skills. FTMO provides its services in over 140 countries around the world.
OANDA manages regulated entities in major financial markets, including New York, Toronto, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and Warsaw. It provides millions of users with access to derivatives trading, currency analysis and key market data.
